Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and govern paid plans for DealersTools AI, including monthly and annual subscriptions processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

We offer Free Beta, Starter, Professional, Agency, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Enterprise plans are custom quoted and may include separate contracting terms. Plan features, usage limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may vary by edition.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and any approved add-ons.

We may change pricing, plan features, or usage limits for new customers at any time. Existing customers may retain promotional, legacy, or grandfathered pricing for a specified period or until plan changes are accepted. We will provide reasonable notice before price increases apply to an existing subscription, and you may cancel before the increase takes effect if you do not agree.

You may upgrade or downgrade plans through your account or by contacting support. Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges where supported. Downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated. Feature access and usage limits adjust according to the active plan.

If a payment fails, we may retry collection, notify you by email, and temporarily suspend access until payment is resolved. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of the subscription. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts and applicable taxes.

You may cancel through the billing portal, Stripe customer portal, or by emailing support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not delete your account automatically. Export any needed data before cancellation. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

DealersTools AI may modify, discontinue, or improve beta features at any time without liability. Beta plans may have lower usage limits, reduced support, and fewer integrations. Transition from beta to paid plans may require acceptance of updated pricing and terms.

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or grandfathered pricing to existing customers. Such pricing is non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers unless stated, and may end if you change plans, exceed usage thresholds, or violate these terms.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on our net income.

Enterprise subscriptions are custom quoted and may include annual contracts, invoicing, purchase orders, implementation fees, and service-level commitments defined in a separate agreement. Where an enterprise agreement conflicts with these Subscription Terms, the enterprise agreement controls.
